Hi, I'm Badescu

I am an entrepreneur and investor in the services and real estate sectors, formerly a RE/MAX franchise owner. Since 2017, I've owned a consultancy and support service company under the Freedom Group brand and am currently affiliated with eXp Realty. I also developed the property management application Freedom PM. I was honored as "Real Estate Broker of the Year, New to the Market" at the 2018 Gala of the Real Estate Professionals Club (CPI). I provide consultancy and support primarily in real estate transactions, focusing on evaluation, promotion, and negotiation for high-value properties in Romania, Europe and S-E Asia. Specializing in exclusive representation, I was representing the owner in the evaluation and negotiation for the iconic “Central Hotel” building in Ploiești.
